🔄 Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Sweet Aromas Bakery, every treat is baked fresh to order with love and care. Because our products are perishable and homemade, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
We do not accept returns on any baked goods. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo and order details. We’ll review your concern and may offer a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.
